In order to address safety concerns and timely dismissal of buses from campus we will be rolling out a new process for dismissal effective December 1, 2025. The location of buses and parent pick-up will change as will the process for departing campus..

Buses will cue up along the tennis court / student parking lot left lane and the right lane along the basketball court and immediate front of the high school.

Parent pickup traffic will be diverted around the back of the high school. There will be no parent pickup area in the middle of the parking lot or in front of the high school. All parent traffic will utilize the right lane of the main driveway and proceed around the rear of the middle school to the driveway that follows behind and around the high school. Students will proceed in front of the high school via the same route as our previous bus dismissal route and find parent vehicles that are queued up in the driveway by the basketball court to the side gym entrance.

Once buses are loaded, they will be rolling out onto Providence Road; parent, student and staff traffic will follow.

Early Dismissals should be completed by 1:30 to ensure timely exit from campus.
While this may initially cause a brief delay in leaving campus for some compared to the past, the new traffic dismissal pattern will provide for a much safer and timely dismissal from campus overall.
