Grafton Public Schools has two methods for collecting and updating student information (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, etc.).
The first method is the Annual Student Demographic Update form that is completed at the beginning of each school year. The second method is the Year-Round Update form which allows you to update your child’s information as needed throughout the school year. Both methods are available to you through your PowerSchool Parent Portal account.
The Annual Student Demographic Update forms are now closed for this school year and the Year-Round Demographic Update form is open and available to you for the remainder of this school year.
