The fitness center is open to all students for physical fitness or athletic training three times a week throughout the year. The schedule changes each season and the advisor should be contacted for updated schedules. In addition, the gym is open after school
for intramural activities throughout the year.
Workout sessionsWorkout sessions occur Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:15 to 5:00.
All students, both females and males are welcome to join in the sessions. See Mr. McMahon for more information.
