I am the school adjustment counselor working primarily with students in our Transition and Student Success Programs. My role is to help students with their personal, social and academic growth. My goal is to help students be successful inside and outside of school, continue to develop as an emotionally healthy young adult, and feel a sense of satisfaction with their life. I have a straight-forward, transparent approach, value humor, and appreciate mindfulness.  I can be a resource for outside supports and services if you are interested in outpatient counseling or joining a support group.
