ImPACT Concussion Baseline Test
All students participating in athletics at Grafton High School MUST have a completed ImPACT Baseline Concussion Test in order to participate.
Baseline testing will be required every TWO years in order to maintain accurate baseline data and ensure the highest quality of assessment, management, and care of concussions.
Therefore, mandatory baseline testing applies to:
- all incoming freshmen,
- all students entering their junior year,
- and any student that has not previously played a sport at Grafton High School.
Following a suspected and/or diagnosed concussion, post-injury ImPACT tests may be administered by the Certified Athletic Trainer to monitor recovery and determine a student’s return to play status.
**Note: Student-athletes should be using the ImPACT program for baseline concussion testing via the link provided, NOT the NFHS Concussion Course**
