Click on the link at the top of this page.  When you log in, you will be in your Aesop account.  There is a Veritime tab that you can click on to get to your timesheets.

Please keep a record of your username and passwords in case you forget them.  Your building main office staff can look up your ID and PIN for you.

  • What should I do if I incorrectly tried my password and got locked out?

    Posted by:

Email Denise Nault naultd@grafton.k12.ma.us and Dan Gale galed@grafton.k12.ma.us and we will need to call Aesop to get you unlocked.  Otherwise, you can wait 1 hour and your account will automatically unlock.

  • What should I do if I am going to be out and can't submit my timecard?

    Posted by:

You can submit your timecard when you have no more time to enter.  So if you have a personal day on Friday, you can go in on Thursday, enter your hours for Thursday and then hit submit.  You can hit submit after you have entered your absence in Aesop for Friday.  Your Friday absence will populate and your hours for the week should be correct.  You could also log in from your home or any location to submit on Friday.  For a holiday week like Thanksgiving, you can treat Tuesday like a Friday and go in, enter your Tuesday hours, and hit submit.  For other scenarios, please ask your builiding main office staff or email/call Denise Nault.
